Wiry and wily, Jesse is a twenty-something, rough and restless soul who haunts the more dodgy areas of New York. Often found with a disheveled look, he wears thrift store finds or whatever he can snag off of the distracted shop vendor.

While not big by any means, Jesse bears a fierce intensity in his eyes which most people find unsettling.
