Description
A tall and lanky ghostly guy, Fallout would be a quiet and unassuming figure if it weren't for his height. He stands 6'4" (1.93m) and could be a basketball player if he weren't so awkward in his own skin. He's got a quiet, nerdy way about him except for when he's occupied with a task. Then he puts himself into it and the awkwardness disappears and he his a dependable man in the saddle.
Demeanor
Fallout is generally a pleasant person to engage. He has a quiet way about him though which is both contemplative and restrained.
