Damon looks to be a 30 something white male, about 6 foot tall with brown hair and pale brown eyes. He speaks in a soft, non-threatening voice and is always polite and cordial. He dresses in a way that makes most people think of a Professor, dusty old clothes that have been out of fashion for ages. He's often seen sporting a shoulder bag as well, and always wears thick leather gloves.
